Lyme Disease Hypnosis

I am actually finding this article hard to write. The reason is that I am remembering many of the horrors I went through in dealing with Lyme disease. There wasn’t one aspect of my life that was not seriously and negatively affected. I have forgotten so much – for good reason. A few years ago, someone asked me why I don’t write a book about my experiences. And the answer was simple – I did not want to re-live those experiences.

I remember what it was like when things were so bad. One day I woke up and could not hear out of my left ear. I remember thinking to myself, “That’s no big deal. I can talk on the phone on my right ear.” Of all the things that were not working and going bad for me, this deafness in my left ear did not even crack the top 20 of the list of things that had to be fixed and healed.

Anyone who experienced the horrors of chronic Lyme disease can attest to the feelings of despair and hopelessness. Everything seems to be going against you. There is the feeling that you will never get out of this hole.

Hypnosis Can Help You With Lyme Disease

The most important thing in recovering from Lyme disease is hope. You have to realize – you have to know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. You will get through it. There is hope – no matter how bad things may seem to be.

Yes – you have to get stronger physically. But maybe even more important, you have to get stronger mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Strengthen Your Mind, Body And Immune System

You can use hypnosis to help you handle the depression, stress and anxiety. Relax and be at ease. The more relaxed you are, the better your body will be able to heal and repair itself. Being peaceful will only help your immune system to work at its optimal levels. Hypnosis will also help you improve your sleep. Most of the body’s repairs are done during sleep – so consistently falling into a deep sleep will help you in so many ways.

Take it from me – I don’t know how I would have made it through – or even if I would have made it – without learning how to use hypnosis. If you or someone you know is dealing with Lyme disease, feel free to contact me, and I will be happy to help you.
