Can You Learn How To Hypnotize Yourself By Reading Books?
There are so many books you can get – check out any book seller. I’ve read hundreds and hundreds of books on the subject. And thousands of articles written online. And I’ve watched and listened to so many of the videos and audios that are all over the internet. But I ask you – go out and try the techniques in these books, articles, audios and videos – and see if you can really get yourself into a deep hypnotic trance. How good is the trance? The quality of the trance is everything.
All these instructions are designed so you will fail. You’ll notice I don’t give any instructions on this website because I do not want to confuse you or discourage you if you really want to learn how to hypnotize yourself.
It’s Not The Technique – It’s The Belief In The Technique
I’ve read, watched, and listened to so many of the experts who claim they can teach you how to hypnotize yourself. They have their techniques that may work for them. But here’s the secret – it’s not the technique, it’s the belief in the technique.
The hypnotic trance is a state that really cannot be described with words. It must be experienced. You will strengthen and fortify your belief in your ability to hypnotize yourself.
Learn How To Hypnotize Yourself The Right Way
Of course you can learn how to hypnotize yourself. Unfortunately, I can’t teach you how to do it in this article by giving you a script or a technique. I would have to show you.
The reason I’m writing this article is so you don’t fall into the trap and get discouraged. If you really want to learn how to hypnotize yourself, you have to be taught by example. And get yourself into the optimal hypnotic trance. It’s very, very difficult to learn by reading books, watching videos, or listening to audios.
